Sztormowa brings a coastal name and a world of illustration to Baltissima’s coffee collection, inviting a closer look at the pack. It is a starting point for your own ritual: a short break between tasks, a quiet breakfast or a meeting where nobody watches the clock.
Coffee begins again with every brew. When choosing Sztormowa, think about the equipment you actually use. Whole beans let you adjust the grind for a particular brewer. With ground coffee, it is worth checking which method it was prepared for. The variant name alone does not specify the grind size.
You do not need a new recipe every time. Follow reliable instructions for your equipment, measure the coffee and water, then notice what you enjoy in the finished cup. If you want a change, make one adjustment and compare the result. A little attention helps you build your own habits without rushing.

Pour-over
Start with a paper filter, rinse it and discard the rinse water. Pour evenly over the coffee, following a recipe for your dripper.
French press
This method immerses ground coffee in water, then separates the grounds with a filtered plunger. Choose the grind and brewing time according to your brewer’s instructions.
Moka pot
Use a grind intended for a moka pot and do not tamp the coffee in the basket. Follow your model’s instructions for the water level, heating and use.
